We collect your email when you join the waitlist. That's it. We don't sell your data, we don't spam you, and we don't share your information with third parties for marketing. We're building RealJob for job seekers, not advertisers.

What we collect

• Email address — when you sign up for the waitlist, so we can notify you when RealJob launches.
• Basic analytics — we use Vercel Analytics to understand page visits. This is anonymous and doesn't track you across sites.

What we don't do

• Sell or rent your email to anyone
• Send you marketing emails from third parties
• Use tracking cookies or fingerprinting
• Share your data with recruiters or employers

How we use your email

We'll only email you to:

• Let you know when RealJob launches
• Share major product updates (rare, not spammy)

Every email will include an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list.

Data storage

Your email is stored securely. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data. We don't store anything beyond what's listed above.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• Request a copy of the data we have on you (it's just your email)
• Ask us to delete your data entirely
• Unsubscribe from all communications

Just email us and we'll take care of it within 48 hours.

When we launch the full product

Once RealJob is live, we'll update this policy to cover how we handle job URLs you submit for analysis. The core principle won't change: your data is yours, and we'll never share it with employers or recruiters.
